Like a Virgin

On May 19,2022 at the Trident Cafe in Boulder, Colorado, I performed my original poem, “Once Upon A Yoga Mat” at my very first open mic night.

Wow. Magic.

My dear friend, Aimee, moved to Boulder from Brooklyn late last year and hosts an open mic in Boulder on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Last night was my first opportunity to perform, and WOW! I may have been super nervous, but once I got up there things were amazing.
